What is the standard shipping time for lighting fixtures?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do your fixtures include light bulbs?
To allow for personal preference in color temperature and brightness, bulbs are generally sold separately unless specified otherwise on the individual product page.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your fixture arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a free replacement or full refund.
Are your products compatible with dimmer switches?
Most of our chandeliers and pendants are dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard wall dimmer switch. Please check the product specifications for integrated LED models.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired fixtures to ensure safety and compliance with local electrical codes.
