At Golden Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all uninstalled fixtures in their original packaging. If your new lighting doesn't perfectly complement your space, our streamlined process makes returns and exchanges simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack with Care

  Place the fixture back in its original manufacturer box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping carton, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
